"thank you"
1-Jan-14 |
I find it ironic that most of the young
moms I know are super organic and all into babywearing and co-sleeping and
breastfeeding til 5- and yet are willing to stick their children in
daycare...
Again, thanks for your site. I will continue to read and share with others
who are contemplating childcare.
People need to speak the truth, not make believe daycare into something it's
not.
Anyone who states that a person paid to stand in for a parent is a good, or
excellent alternative- is a fool.

"Heartbreaking..."

Children ought not be away from their
parents, ever, ESPECIALLY infants and toddlers.
I didn't subject my kids to daycare...because of my mother's influence and
we couldn't afford it anyway.
These places should be banned... Sacrifice your job(s), parents! Your
children desperately need YOU.

"Perry Preschool"

Personally, I think if daycares are
lumping themselves into the same category as Perry Preschool, it is no more
than opportunism to try to make more money.
If anything, I believe the Perry Preschool study shows evidence of how much
daycares are literally wasting the minds of babies, at a time when their
brains are so rapidly developing.
I think that daycares have somewhat of an unspoken immunity to true
questioning because so many children are seen as obstacles to a paycheck
instead of human beings in need of loving one-on-one parental care.
